Shipping & Handling Fee Information: Domestic Customers
Golden Mart Beauty Supply and & www.GMBShair.com utilize United Parcel Service (UPS)
and United States Postal Service (USPS). We also seldom utilize USPS Priority Mail if
requested by customer on the comment line. (This is not a guaranteed shipment, 2-3 delivery
time is approximated) All Next Day/Express and 2nd day Air Services are referred to the
actual TRANSIT TIME, not referred to the actual order processing time. All Next
Day/Express and 2nd day Air Services have to be submitted by Noon for possible Same Day
Shipping, otherwise, will process within 24- 48 hours on the following business day. Please
note that 3Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, does not count Saturday or Sunday as a
business day. Any orders in which Customer has chosen UPS, we may or may not utilize USPS
Priority for better delivery date without notice for light packages or minimum packages. If
you must have a specified carrier UPS/USPS, please specify on the comment line. Some
destinations, Next Day or 2nd Day Air will not guarantee the exact delivery date due to
location circumstances. Please refer to rules and policies regarding this information before
ordering available at www.usps.com and www.ups.com Express packages may or may not ship
to only the billing address. Some orders may be approved and can be shipped to addresses
other than billing address after further verification. Hawaii, Alaska and other remote areas
are not able to ship 3Day Select. 2nd day Air will be utilized without notice to not cause any
delays.
Same Day Shipping
GMBShair.com is one of the fastest shippers on the Internet. If you place your order Monday
- Friday before 12 Noon Eastern Time the order will usually ship the same day, but is not
guaranteed. Orders placed after the 12:00 Noon Eastern Time cutoff will usually ship the next
business day. Orders placed between Friday 12:00 PM Eastern Time and Monday 12:00 PM
Eastern Time will usually ship that Monday. If you are unsure of the guaranteed date, please
specify on the comment line when you need the order by. If the date can not be met, we will
contact you for other options.
Estimating Arrival Dates
Most packages utilizing standard ground delivery arrive within 2-5 business days. The ship
date is not included when calculating the estimated delivery date. The shipping method you
choose is referred to transit time and does not include the processing time. All estimated
arrival dates are estimates only and not guaranteed by GMBShair.com
ATTENTION: On some cases where the order consists of very heavy merchandise, we may
or may not contact the customer to inquire that there may be additional shipping charges in
addition to estimated shipping charges after the package has been shipped. Your original
invoices will not reflect the additional shipping charges. The additional shipping charges may

Orders may or may not SHIP AHEAD, when out of stock items are included in multiple item
orders, but we will notify you via e-mail. If an order is SHIPPED AHEAD and the shipping
method is by air, (Next Day, Next Day Saver, 2nd Day Air) the remainder of the order will
ship via UPS/USPS Ground. You will not be billed for the additional shipping.
