| We ship to international destinations listed on our checkout pages. All charges are based on weight and destination delivery times. Any lost or damaged claims will not be processed until the claim is approved by the U.S. Postal Services. We do not guarantee any delivery dates due to the fact that customs clearance may or may not delay the package. Custom clearance of each country varies anywhere from 3-7 extra days. We will not refund the transaction due to this delay. If you do not want us to ship your order as soon as we receive your order, and to add appropriate shipping charge without notice, please request that your estimated shipping charge is e-mailed first. We will await for your response for approval and then ship your items. Orders that are processed and shipped cannot be cancelled at any point. All international orders will ship with the method customer has chosen, Global Priority Mail (4-10days)+custom clearance or Express Mail (3-6days)+custom clearance. If the customer chooses the wrong method of shipping such as UPS ground or Military option, we will change the option to the appropriate method and adjust the charges without notice. Choosing the wrong option may or may not delay the package. International customers may choose the shipping method International Global Priority Mail or International Expres Mail. All international customers are responsible for each country's tariffs, customs, and taxes. If you do not have Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, you may also send us a postal money order converted to US Dollars after we have e-mailed you the total amount.
