International packages will take additional time to clear from customs. Delivery times are not guaranteed.


Shipping Information | to the top

We ship to all countries located worldwide. For all international orders, we only accept and prefer Paypal Payment if the order is placed online, unless you are a returning verified customer. All orders submitted any other payment type such as Visa, Master Card, American Express may be automatically be cancelled without notice and will need further verification. If you do not have a credit card, we also take manual orders via email with western union or bank wire. Please refer to our Payment Information Policy,

To protect cardholder's, GMBShair reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified via email or phone. Orders may also be automatically rejected if the entered billing address does not match cardholder information or if the order info contains suspected fictitious information. You may or may not be contacted for further verification for picture I.D's via e-mail.

International Duties & Taxes | to the top

All international customers are responsible for each country's tariffs, customs, and taxes. Any customers refusing any international shipments, will be responsible for all shipping charges to have the package shipped back to the states.


Address Change | to the top

Address Change/Update Policy. Once the package is shipped to an international destination, address changes cannot be fulfilled.


Lost or Stolen Packages | to the top

GoldenMartBeautySupply will not be responsible for stolen packages after the merchandise has been confirmed to have delivered according to our tracking system. We will do our best to inquire USPS to help you assist in retrieving your package.


Risk of Loss | to the top

GoldenMartBeautySupply.com makes every effort possible to prepare and ship out items in a timely manner. Once item(s) leave our warehouse, risk of loss is passed on to the purchaser and we cannot be held responsible for any items that have yet to arrive in customers possession. We will be glad to prepare a case with the United States Postal Service in order to have them investigate where the item is. The USPS will then contact customer and will do its best to resolve the situation. We cannot be held responsible and will not be able to refund or send a replacement due to loss, stolen packages, or late arrivals.


Additional S&H Charges | to the top

For any shipment returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or any other reason, there will be an additional shipping & handling charge of new shipping charge or 25% of your order total if undeliverable. Shipping charges incurred are non-refundable. International shipping charges are estimates only, therefore if the order consists of items that are over the weight for the estimated shipping, we reserve the right to charge extra without notice. Some orders may have to ship in multiple packages due to the international shipping restrictions.

SPECIAL: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam orders are automatically added $10.00 Extra shipping charge.

USPS is United States Postal Services. We utilize delivery confirmation # attached to all orders that ship via Postal Services. For more information about USPS or to track your USPS Package, USPS (United States Postal Services)


Shipping Delays | to the top

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.


Delivery Dates | to the top

GMBShair.com is one of the fastest shippers on the Internet. However, international orders may take additonal processing dates to further verify order. To prevent any further delays, please utilize PAYPAL payment method to place your order. If you place your order Monday - Friday before 12 Noon Eastern Standard Time the order will usually ship the same day, but is not guaranteed. Orders placed after the 12:00 Noon Eastern Standard Time cutoff will usually ship the next business day. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed between Friday 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time and Monday 12:00 PM Eastern Time will usually ship that Monday.


Backorders | to the top

On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order. Should this happen, we will ship you what we have and adjust the amount of your purchase accordingly or we will leave the back-ordered item live so we may ship them as soon as they arrive. We may also email you to let you know that the remaining product is out of stock. You may decide at that point whether or not you would like us to back order the out-of-stock product.

At this time we are unable to ship back-orders to international countries. In this case, your back-order will be cancelled. Regardless of the value of your back-order, we will make every effort to notify you by either phone or email with regard to the status of your order. International customers should revisit our site frequently for out-of-stock items, since we will post them back to the site as soon as they become available. If back ordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, email Order Status!

If you do not want similar item replacement on any of your items, please specify on the comment line. Due to large volume of items ordered for international shipments, some colors, or items may be replaced with similar quality.
