Return Instructions
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange most
items for a full refund within 30 days. Items returned to us MUST be in their original condition and
packaging. Please note that we DO NOT accept returns for Books/Magazines, CD's/DVD, Last
Call, Clearance, Discontinued, Accessories, Hair Products, Special Orders, and Bulk Orders.
GMBShair will refund return First Class postage only if you are returning an incorrect or defective
item. For all other returns please kindly ensure that sufficient postage is affixed to the package.
Any return postage or shipping charges paid by GMBShair for packages that are not for incorrect
or defective items will be deducted from the refund provided.
Please send your returns in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice to:

Please note that refunds equal to or less than $5.00 may be issued as store credit.
For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded
envelope. We recommend that you insure your package as we are not responsible for product
returns that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items. Items returned to us in a
standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.

• If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, seal or tags/packaging tampered with, products
will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized and may not be returned to the sender even if you have
been given a RA# over the e-mail.
• GMBShair.com now offers Hassle–free color exchanges! If you are not happy with your color
selection and wish to exchange the same item for a different color the 30% exchange fee will be
waived for your first exchange. A handling fee of $9.00 will apply to color exchanges.
• 30% exchange fees apply to all other exchange or return item(s).
If in a instance you need to return, you must write us an e-mail for a Return Authorization Number
(RA#) to our Return Dept. at return@goldenmartbeautysupply.com. Please make sure you write
this number and attach with your return package. Returns without an RA# will be refused.
We will not be able to give a return authorization through our customer service phone number.
We have the right to assume that by accepting our RA#, you have read our return policy regarding
the 30% restocking fee on all returns, and all returns are subject to inspection, without any
exceptions.
All returns are subject to 30% Restocking Fee and Shipping Costs are not Refundable.
We recommend that you insure or have delivery confirmation on the return items.
GMBShair.com will not be responsible for overdraft fees occurred on customer's
accounts due to computer errors, or pending transactions, or repeated transactions.

Please make sure that any packages being returned to our company from the customer's
destination must be insured or delivery confirmed. We will not be responsible for lost packages in
transit.
All electrical appliances carry a full manufacturer’s warranty.
All returned packages returned or refused by the customer or mail facility for any reason without
prior notice or was sent to the wrong address customer has submitted with the order, will still
incur shipping charges, which means customer is responsible for the shipping charges occurred.
Customer will also be responsible for 30% restocking fee for all returned or refused orders if the
customer decides that she/he does not want the merchandise reshipped. If the customer wants the
order reshipped, there will be additional shipping & handling charges. If the customer notifies UPS
for change of delivery address due to mis-submitted address on order form, customer will be
responsible for $10.00 change of address fee.
Order Cancellation Policy:
All of our orders are processed and shipped IMMEDIATELY with our 3rd shift department to
expedite our orders. Orders cancellations made after you have submitted your order may not be
made. Order cancellations made after processing can not be honored. E-mail cancellations will not
suffice. All order cancellations must be made in writing. Please call or email us to cancel an order.
If an order has already been made (packaged) and/or shipped a 30% restocking charge will be
incurred.
Payment Information:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Money Order Payments are
also accepted prior to shipping. All Express/Next Day Air orders are subject to phone/e-mail
verification before the package are shipped out. All Express/Next Day Air orders are only shipped
to the billing address unless approved by our billing department.
MONEY ORDERS:
We also accept Money Orders prepaid prior to shipping the merchandise. Please send your
